Our team uses a Google calendar to keep all of our meetings and other important dates organized.

The team calendar can also be added to other applications (Outlook, your Google calendar, etc.)  so you can see it without having to visit this page. The key thing you need is the URL to the calendar, which, depending on your application, will either be in:

iCal format: 

https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/coach%40team3667.com/public/basic.ics

or

XML format:

https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/coach%40team3667.com/public/basic
